Thank you for using our website. To inform you fully and precisely as possible about the do and don’ts  of Active Collective it is necessary to process your personal information. We of course think it is important that your privacy is protected as well as possible, that is why Active Collective processes your personal data in agreement with the General Data Protection Regulation, and other laws and regulations around protection of personal data / privacy. 1. Which personal data, for what purpose and with what retention period will be processed from me?

We process various personal data of you. Which data this is, why we process them and with which retention period is listed below per purpose.

1.1 Google analytics – Statistics

We process the following personal data to measure the activities on our website:

IP-adres. This personal data is necessary for this, and we process it because you have given us permission for this. You can withdraw this consent to the processing of your personal data at any time. Your data will be blocked by us from the moment you withdraw your consent.

These personal data will be deleted by us after 28 days.

We process the following personal data to receive permission to store personal data:

What rights do I have when personal data about me is processed?

You have a number of rights to guarantee your privacy even better. These rights are briefly explained in more detail. We recommend that you get a more detailed explanation of your rights on the website of the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

  • ● Right of inspection
    You have the right to inspect all personal data that Active Collective B.V. processed from you. You can submit a request for this to us free of charge. If you want to ask for insight more often, you can do this at reasonable intervals.
  • ● Right to rectification
    Did you discover (through your right of inspection), that the personal data we have about you is incorrect or incomplete, then you can request us to adjust the data, or supplement. It is possible that we do not agree with the adjustment or addition, then we will not grant your request. We will of course inform you about this.
  • ● Right to erasure
    You can also request us to completely delete your personal data. Submit this request to us, then we will check for you whether we are obliged to do so. In some cases we are forced to keep your data anyway. We will of course inform you about this.
  • ● Right to Restriction
  • The restriction of the processing means that we must stop processing your personal data. We have to put them in limbo, as it were. You can request this in a number of situations.
  • – We hope this will never happen, but if we do not agree on the outcome of your right to rectification, you can request us to restrict the processing. We will then stop processing this personal data, until we have an agreement.
  • – You can also use this right when we should delete your data, but you would prefer us to limit the processing. The choice is yours.
  • – If you need the personal data for the institution, exercises or defense of legal claims, but we are about to delete this data, then you can request us to keep this data, but to limit the processing.
  • – When you use your right to object, because you think you have a greater interest, you can request a restriction at the same time. We will then stop processing until we can answer you whose interest is more important.

    You can object to the following processing1) Direct marketing, 2) processing based on legitimate interest or public interest and 3) processing for scientific or historical research or statistical purposes. Only the right of objection with regard to direct marketing is absolute. If you object to direct marketing, we will immediately stop processing this personal data. You can only object on the other two grounds if you believe that your interests outweigh your interests in your specific case. When submitting a request, please provide us with reasons why it is important in your specific situation that we stop processing.
    ● The right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
  • We are committed at all times to guarantee your privacy. When you notice that we still have points for improvement when it comes to your privacy, then we would like to hear from you. We hope to find a solution in consultation with you. If you prefer to approach it differently, you can also choose to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority. They will then help you further.
